Job Summary
Work Hours -> 7AM-4PM
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting their children, implementing the Creative Curriculum, and contributing to the development of a productive and nurturing classroom environment with firm boundaries. This role involves logging daily reports for parents via tablets, implementing classroom management, and being an active team player to ensure a positive and collaborative atmosphere. The Preschool Teacher will help support the overall growth of each child, fostering literacy skills, social development, and positive behavior management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work to implement the Creative Curriculum and age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education and early intervention strategies.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment with clear boundaries that encourages communication, collaboration, and exploration.
- Log daily reports for parents in our tablets to ensure timely and effective communication regarding their child's progress and development.
- Maintain a productive classroom environment by effectively managing behavior with positive reinforcement techniques to guide social interactions.
- Provide individualized support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet their unique learning needs.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through consistent communication and regular updates on student progress.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom that promotes learning and creativity.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum offerings and share best practices in early childhood education.
Experience
- Previous experience in a preschool or private school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong background in early intervention techniques or tutoring is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in childcare practices, classroom management, and supporting a positive classroom environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for supporting young learners, building teamwork, and fostering a love for learning in a structured and supportive environment.
