- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using ComputerEase an industry-standard software, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations, including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable management, and journal entries to maintain financial accuracy.
- Utilize accounting software to record transactions and generate reports.
- Administer benefits programs and process related data entry tasks with precision to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes, invoice verification, and account analysis to streamline financial workflows.
- Collaborate with human resources on payroll data entry, benefits administration, and employee record updates.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all payroll activities, account reconciliations, and financial transactions for audit readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience with payroll management using ComputerEase is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles including general ledger accounting, debits & credits, journal entries, and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; familiarity with 10 key typing is preferred.
- Solid understanding of benefits administration processes and tax compliance requirements.
- Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately while analyzing financial data for discrepancies or errors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
