Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support liquids manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical environment.
The role will focus on liquid processing equipment, equipment installations, new technology implementation, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Support liquid manufacturing equipment and processing operations.
• Work with equipment such as storage tanks, homogenizers, wet mills, high-shear mixers, dissolution systems, CIP systems, and purified water systems.
• Analyze equipment performance to improve efficiency and yield and reduce downtime.
• Lead new technology implementations and equipment installations.
• Work closely with equipment vendors and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Support product launches and new equipment installations.
• Ensure equipment and systems are ready for manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate equipment capabilities and technical requirements.
• Provide clear updates on project status, actions, costs, and timelines.
Required Qualifications
• Experience in pharmaceutical liquids manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with liquid processing equipment.
• Experience with CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems.
• Experience with homogenization and large-scale processing equipment.
• Experience with storage tanks, wet mills, dissolution systems, and high-shear mixers.
• Experience supporting equipment installations and new technology implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
