The successful candidate will perform routine calibration, maintenance, and documentation activities to ensure equipment accuracy, reliability, and compliance with GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform calibration and preventive maintenance on manufacturing, laboratory, and utility equipment.
- Support calibration activities for both new and existing equipment across the facility.
- Execute equipment calibration according to approved procedures and schedules.
- Assist with validation and qualification activities as needed.
- Troubleshoot calibration issues and document deviations when required.
- Maintain accurate calibration records and GMP-compliant documentation.
- Support temperature mapping and equipment monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Validation, and Quality teams to ensure equipment compliance.
- Follow all GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- 2 3 years of calibration and/or validation experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment.
- Hands-on experience with calibration of laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following:
- Kaye Validators
- Autoclaves
- Freezers
- Data Loggers
- Temperature Mapping
- Deviation Documentation
- Basic understanding of equipment qualification and validation principles.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
