Position: Insurance Account Manager
Location: Bismarck, North Dakota
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and personal accounts. Partner with agents and sales team to retain business and provide support and assistance for the development of new business
- Maintain ongoing relationships with carrier product managers. Responsible for ensuring the terms and conditions of insurance policies and oversees renewal process
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and potential gaps in coverage. Recommend and implement proper coverage.
- Research and maintain industry knowledge of developing trends regarding carrier underwriting, appetite and pricing changes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years demonstrated customer service and sales experience and an aptitude for insurance
- A college degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven interpersonal communication skills
- Insurance license in property, casualty, life and health
