Position: Credit Analyst
Location: This position is available at any of our branches in North Dakota and Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform credit analysis for new and existing loan requests, including preparation of credit approval presentations and financial statement spreads.
- Conduct annual credit reviews and provide written credit recommendations to management regarding loan structure and creditworthiness.
- Support lenders with complex credit transactions, risk assessments, and servicing needs.
- Assist with credit-related training, appraisal reviews, and ongoing process improvements within credit administration.
- Participate in projects related to policy updates, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications:
- One to three years of similar or related experience in credit analysis, lending support or financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; database or financial software experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and present findings.
