Sales Admin (Direct Hire)Sonoma, CACompensation: $28-$29 per hour DOEWork Schedule: Full-time, Monday–FridayWe are in search of an Sales Admin on behalf of one of our clients in Sonoma to support the Sales and Operations departments. As an Sales Admin, you will provide administrative, sales, and customer support throughout the full lifecycle of client orders, from order entry to production coordination and invoicing.What will you do:Do you enjoy being the detail-oriented backbone of a sales team and keeping multiple projects moving at once? As an Sales Admin, you’ll have the opportunity to support Account Executives, communicate with customers and vendors, manage order details, and ensure projects stay on track through production and fulfillment.Responsibilities:Proofread, enter, and manage customer orders while maintaining accurate project documentationSupport Account Executives with quotes, reorders, client communication, and follow-upsCoordinate with production, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure timely deliveryMaintain CRM data, customer onboarding paperwork, and sales recordsAssist with invoicing, order status updates, and resolving order-related issuesSkills and Requirements:2–3 years of administrative support experience in an office or sales environmentStrong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order entry systemsExcellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsCompany DescriptionStar Staffing is a woman-owned staffing agency proudly serving Northern California for over 25 years.
