Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our client's team in the pharmaceutical packaging industry. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.
General Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery on the production line as directed by the supervisor.
- Perform assembly work and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Use various machinery with a medium level of skill
- Identify and troubleshoot operational interruptions, report issues to the supervisor.
- Conduct quality inspections of products to meet established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Complete assigned tasks in alignment with manufacturing schedules and within standard times.
- Report any discrepancies in materials/components to the supervisor or line inspector.
- Perform basic adjustments to machinery as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of machine operating experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong reliability, initiative, commitment to quality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
- Adequate documentation and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and processes.
