The senior team has an average of 30 years of investment experience including prior leadership experience at Blackstone / GSO, Fortress, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch.
Position Description
- Establish and maintain a deep understanding of each department and how they operate.
- Assist with recruitment efforts including job posts, sourcing, phone screen interviews, and scheduling.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires including interns.
- Assist with exit interviews and offboarding.
- Assist with the performance management processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or as an HR Coordinator.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, etc.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Productive and efficient in planning and carrying out work with projects/priorities.
- Strong detail orientation, follow up and interpersonal skills.
- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Timing: Immediate.
Compensation:
The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other economics. Total compensation may vary by role, location, department, and individual performance.
