Responsibilities:
· Assist with sending Bid’s to customers
· Assist with preparing awarded jobs paperwork.
· Assist with reviewing bid documents during and after bid stage
· Perform light estimating tasks to assist assigned estimator during and after bid stage
· Confirming job folders are updated and reflects the awarded contract.
· Assisting with walk-in and or call in sales opportunities
· Scheduling Care & Maintenance training at customers place of business on products that were sold
· Building/designing sample boards with manufacturers.
· Social media communications.
· Assisting with tradeshow events. (Coordinating events, communication, sponsorship, researching events)
· Request price updates from vendors/manufactures on jobs that were bid months/years ago that need pricing updates.
· Maintain vendor and customer contact information.
· Coordinate Product Knowledge meetings or seminars with our GC customer to cover topics like concrete additives, common problems that we see onsite, other topics that might help build our value with customers.
Requirements
· Experience coordinating multiple projects in an administrative setting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
· Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management.
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
· Customer-focused with a solution-oriented approach.
· Professional phone etiquette and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience
· Prior Project Coordinator or Administrative experience.
· Knowledge of flooring or construction industry is a plus.
· Knowledge of CAD or similar software is a plus.
