strong desire to learn and succeed. This self-starter will be ready to
jump into the daily truss processes with a commitment to safety and
quality. Our truss operations are critical function in the business.
**Responsibilities**
Assist in the fabrication of truss projects to complete daily truss
production goals.
Assisting in machinery set up and troubleshooting.
Staging lumber for production.
Assist in the preparation and organization of materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
and best practices.
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet established
standards.
Willingness to assistant in all areas based on production needs (saw
operator, stacker, builder, etc.)
**Requirements**

Knowledge of woodworking, lumber, building materials and/or
construction.
Mechanical Skills Or Experience Working With Machinery.
Demonstrated ability to use a tape measure.
Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
18 Years or older.
Reliable transportation.
Can lift 50lbs repetitively/100 lbs. in a team lift.
Ability to pass physical capability testing, drug test and E-Verify.
