Receive commercial blueprints and upload into RFMS measure software.
Learn to prepare accurate flooring estimates, including materials,
labor, and costs.
Review project specifications to ensure every detail is covered.
Collaborate with sales teams and customers to keep projects on track.
Proactively identify solutions to potential challenges in designs or
plans.
Master managing project changes and communicating updates effectively.
Requirements\
Knowledge of the construction industry and processes.
A strong willingness to learn and grow in the estimating role.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and ability to interact with clients,
suppliers, and team members effectively.
Great organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously.
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
It Is Helpful To Have
Experience as an estimator or in a related field.
Proficiency in using estimation software and other relevant tools.
Familiarity with blueprints or an understanding of the commercial
construction process.
Knowledge of flooring products or installation processes.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
