Commercial Fuel Sales Manager (Hunter Role | Uncapped Growth Opportunity)

We are one of the largest and fastest-growing providers of heating oil, propane, gasoline, and diesel fuels in the country—and we’re looking for a highly motivated, aggressive sales professional to drive new business growth across Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Northern Delaware, and Northeastern Maryland.
This is not a passive account management role. This is for someone who hunts, wins, and grows.
What You’ll Do
- Aggressively prospect and develop new commercial fuel business through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and self-generated leads
- Build and maintain your own pipeline using initiative, research, and market awareness
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, including bid accounts and large commercial users
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts while continuously adding new business
- Set and adjust pricing in collaboration with the corporate fuel margin team and local GM
- Use Salesforce CRM to track activity, manage opportunities, and drive accountability
- Deliver fast, professional responses to prospects and customers
- Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction
What You Bring
- 3 years of proven success in sales (commercial, B2B, or related industry preferred)
- A true hunter mentality with a track record of self-generated business
- Strong work ethic and the ability to stay motivated without constant oversight
- Confidence in cold outreach—phone, in-person, and networking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to think independently, solve problems, and make decisions
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
