Starting Pay: $29/hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat, offering timely and accurate solutions
Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers through effective resolutions
Log all interactions using platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools to maintain detailed support records
Follow up with customers to ensure problems are fully resolved and expectations are exceeded
Identify recurring issues and communicate insights to relevant teams for product and process improvement
Contribute to knowledge base articles and suggest improvements to enhance the overall support experience
