What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as a central point of contact for customers, answering questions and helping resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
Coordinate between different teams—like sales, support, and operations—to make sure customer needs are met promptly and effectively
Track and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance the overall experience
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM systems
Help create and update resources such as FAQs, guides, and process documents to improve customer self-service
Suggest improvements to processes and communication to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty
