We’re looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to be the heart of our customer journey—ensuring everything runs effortlessly behind the scenes so our customers feel valued and supported at every step.

Starting Pay: $29/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as a central point of contact for customers, answering questions and helping resolve issues via phone, email, and chat

  • Coordinate between different teams—like sales, support, and operations—to make sure customer needs are met promptly and effectively

  • Track and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance the overall experience

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM systems

  • Help create and update resources such as FAQs, guides, and process documents to improve customer self-service

  • Suggest improvements to processes and communication to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and keep things on track

  • Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting patterns and opportunities for improvement

  • Comfortable learning and using customer experience platforms and tools

  • Friendly, patient, and passionate about helping customers have the best possible experience

  • Dependable and dedicated to delivering high-quality service every day
