Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, overseeing RBTs, and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with BACB guidelines and best practices.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, overseeing RBTs, and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with BACB guidelines and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and other team members
- Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Conduct parent training and collaborate with families
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies
- Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of ethical and professional guidelines as outlined by the BACB
