Role Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adults with Autism and related disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing behavior intervention strategies, providing parent education, supervising Behavior Technicians, and monitoring client progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pensacola, FL, requiring availability to work directly with clients in their homes and the surrounding community.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Foundational knowledge of Psychology and related principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current BCBA certification
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or similar disabilities
