THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: •Copy of valid California credential authorizing service to emotionally disturbed students OR appropriate intern-eligible letter from college/university, clearly stating what applicant is eligible for. •Copy of CLAD certification or English Learner Authorization (SPECIAL NOTE: copies of credentials should include the name of the credential, credential details (including document number), authorizations, and expiration date. You may obtain a copy from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing website at www.ctc.ca.gov.) AB 2534 Previous Certificated Employment portion of application must be completed for each district of previous/current employment in a certificated position. RECOMMENDED DOCUMENTS: •Letter of Interest •Resume •Transcripts
