- Valid California Clinical Rehabilitative Services credential with a specialization in audiology
- Current California licensure in audiology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.
- Transcripts showing conferred date of bachelor's and/or master's degree awarded RECOMMENDED DOCUMENTS: The following documents are recommended at the time of application:
- Letter of Interest
- Resume
- Letter(s) of Recommendation OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Employee must arrange their own transportation. If using their own vehicle in the course of employment, must have proof of insurance.
