Role Snapshot: Lead Product Designer owning design across all three products (Pump Save, Pump View, and Pump Secure), reporting directly to the CEO.

Compensation: $180k - $250k base equity

What This Role Is About: You'll be the design lead working directly with the CEO and 10 engineers, no PMs, no design committee. You own the full design surface across three products that help businesses save on cloud spend. This is a high-autonomy IC role where your work ships fast and reaches 1,000 paying customers.

Location: San Francisco, CA. In office 5 days a week.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Own end-to-end design for Pump Save, Pump View, and Pump Secure, from user research and prototyping through to shipping alongside frontend and backend engineers.
• Conduct product analysis using user feedback, usage data, and customer research to drive design decisions with real evidence, not guesswork.
• Set and maintain the design bar across all three products, keeping the experience clean, minimal, and modern as the team ships quickly.

Who Will Thrive in This Role:

• You have 3.5 years of experience at a company known for design quality (think Attio, Stripe, or Notion caliber). You've built the instinct for what good looks like and can execute without heavy process.
• You're comfortable being the sole design voice in the room, working directly with a CEO and engineers. No design manager, no PM buffer. You need to advocate for your work clearly.
• You want to be in the office five days a week in SF, moving fast with the team. This is not a remote-friendly or slow-paced environment.
