Job description
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent potential security threats
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms promptly and appropriately
- Conduct investigations and write detailed incident reports as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
- Must have a valid security license or certification
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, conflict management, and loss prevention techniques
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV, and other security equipment
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

Expected hours: 6 – 9 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed
