Unarmed Security Officer - State College at Standing Stone Consulting Inc

Standing Stone Consulting Inc in Huntingdon, PA is looking for one unarmed security officer - state college to join our 113 person strong team. We are located on 826 Pennsylvania Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent potential security threats
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms promptly and appropriately
• Conduct investigations and write detailed incident reports as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid security license or certification
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, conflict management, and loss prevention techniques
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV, and other security equipment
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
