Job Summary:
Equity Construction Co. of Monroe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects in Monroe and across the state of Louisiana. Candidates MUST be available to travel up to 5 days a week to wherever the project is located. This is a leadership role requiring hands-on supervision, quality control, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects
• Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and specialists
• Maintain schedules and ensure projects stay on time and within budget
• Implement quality control measures and safety regulations (OSHA compliance)
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
• Coordinate project communication between all stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• 5 years of multifamily construction supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and construction methods
• Experience with ground-up multifamily projects (projects over $15 million preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and soils reports
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software a plus
