$14–$16 per hour

Standard Enterprises, Inc., a leading affordable housing management company, is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team in Ruston, LA. This role supports daily leasing and customer service operations while ensuring a positive experience for prospective and current residents.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person and by phone
- Conduct property tours and promote available units
- Process rental applications and complete lease paperwork
- Follow up with prospects and maintain traffic reports
- Assist with marketing, resident retention, and office operations
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk property, climb stairs, and tour apartments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
