Job Summary
Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Part-Time Leasing Agent with great communication skills to join our team! As the liaison between our management office and current/prospective residents, you'll play a pivotal role in marketing our property, screening potential residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the leasing office. With exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, you will have a direct impact on creating an excellent living experience.

Job Highlights
- Shows and leases apartments
- Answers incoming phone calls and converts inquiries from prospective residents into scheduled appointments to visit the community
- Stays up to date on current availability and waiting lists and contacts prospects
- Maintains resident files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provides exceptional customer service to current and future residents to promote a quality living experience and maintain a high occupancy level
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
- Self-motivated go-getter who can work independently with little guidance.
- Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed; ability to write correspondence in a professional manner.
- Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
- Weekend availability is required
