Role Description The Commercial Construction Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in West Monroe, LA. This position oversees day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with project plans and specifications. Responsibilities include supervising site crews and subcontractors, coordinating daily activities, conducting site walks, and resolving field issues promptly. Qualifications
