What You'll Be Doing
Our team endeavors to keep Transfer Express competitive. We do this by using the latest in manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques and investing in our greatest asset, our employees. The future shows much promise and plenty of room for growth as our company continues to succeed year after year.
- Ability to print, cut, and package digital products
- Operate light printing machinery
- Learn all aspects of Direct to Film including machines, processing and cutting
- Communicate needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
- Assist in other areas when the business requires
- Other duties as assigned
- Awesome work environment with a collaborative working space.
- A clear connection between your work and an impact on customers.
- A successful team with high internal visibility for accomplishments.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- The ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on his/her feet most of the shift.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
- Quality-minded
- Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
- A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.
