What You'll Be Doing

- Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products
- Set-up and teardown between jobs
- Prioritize and complete work based on shipping schedule
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order is accurate
- Communicate needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
- Assist in other areas when the business requires
- Other duties as assigned
- Awesome work environment with a collaborative working space.

- A successful team with high internal visibility for accomplishments.
- An understanding of, or willingness to learn our Printing processes.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- The ability to lift up to 30 lbs., walk, bend, and lift 5 lbs regularly as well as standing for 8-10 hour shifts
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment and be quality oriented
- Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed
- A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills
