What You'll Be Doing

- Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products
- Set-up, teardown between jobs
- Prioritizing and completing work based on shipping schedule
- Quality checks
- Communicating needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
- Assisting in other areas when the business requires
- Other duties as assigned
- Awesome work environment with a collaborative working space.
- A clear connection between your work and an impact on customers.
- A successful team with high internal visibility for accomplishments.
- An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, bend regularly and be on your feet all shift.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
- Quality-minded
- Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
- A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.
