With cutting-edge equipment and an expert team, we deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions to enhance operations and product quality.
What you'll be doing:
As a Machine Operator 1 at Vanguard Conversion and Fulfillment, you will be responsible for basic machine setup, operation, and quality checks to support the daily conversion and packaging of products. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience with production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Set up and operate entry-level machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Load materials, monitor production output, and make minor adjustments to maintain continuous operation.
- Ensure materials are labeled, stored, and used appropriately.
- Inspect materials and finished products for obvious defects and notify supervisor of irregularities.
- Perform basic measurements and visual checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain clean work area to prevent contamination or damage to materials.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions.
- Comply with operational procedures and quality guidelines.
- Attend training sessions and participate in safety meetings as required.

What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch; occasionally required to sit, climb or balance.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move with assistance, up to fifty pounds.
