Compensation
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
Responsibilities
Transformation Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business transformation initiatives, including operating model changes, process standardization, automation, and technology-enabled transformation.
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps, milestones, and outcomes.
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on value realization.
- Develop and manage integrated transformation plans covering scope, timeline, dependencies, resourcing, and benefits realization.
- Establish and enforce transformation governance, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.
- Track progress against defined KPIs, milestones, and business outcomes—not just task completion.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between Finance, Operations, Shared Services, IT, HR, and external partners.
- Drive executive and functional leader engagement, ensuring timely decisions and accountability.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior leadership on progress, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders to redesign end-to-end processes and operating models.
- Ensure technology, automation, and data solutions are tightly aligned to business objectives.
- Work closely with change management teams to embed new ways of working and drive adoption.
- Proactively identify organizational, operational, and delivery risks across transformation initiatives.
- Manage complex interdependencies between people, process, and technology workstreams.
- Drive resolution through structured problem-solving and decisive escalation.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants supporting transformation efforts.
- Ensure partners deliver against scope, milestones, and value commitments.
- Act as the primary delivery owner for partner-supported transformation initiatives.
- Define and track transformation benefits such as cost savings, cycle time reduction, quality improvements, and scalability.
- Ensure initiatives transition effectively into steady-state operations.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities post-implementation.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- PMP, Prosci, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- 3 years of experience leading business transformation, operating model, or large-scale change initiatives.
- Proven success delivering cross-functional programs involving process redesign, technology enablement, and organizational change.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with senior leadership exposure.
- Shared Services, Finance Operations, or enterprise transformation experience is a plus.
- Strong transformation and program management discipline.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Exceptional stakeholder influence, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link execution to business outcomes.
- Comfortable driving accountability across diverse teams without direct authority.
- Able to manage multiple initiatives, competing priorities, and aggressive timelines.
