You’ll collaborate with Divisional/Multi-Divisional Sales and cross-functional teams, acting as a consultant and project lead, and take ownership of process standardization, transformation, and automation, helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead process transformation projects to standardize and optimize sales-related processes globally.
- Act as a consultant expert, supporting process improvement initiatives and coaching stakeholders.
- Contribute to developing best-practice tools and processes within the End-to-End Process Team.
- Identify and execute projects with high Return On Investment, focused on increasing profitable sales and reducing cost-to-serve.
- Facilitate global virtual teams and ensure strong stakeholder engagement throughout transformation initiatives.
- 3–5 years of experience in a global sales organization, with a proven track record of successfully leading process transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- At least 2 years of experience working with global teams; direct management experience is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of executing global commercial strategies and sales and commercial operations processes, ideally within mixed OEM/distribution channel models.
- Proven project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross functional projects from initiation to completion .
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16 949) and their practical application to sales and commercial processes.
- Proven ability to conduct current state analysis, design future-state processes, and develop tactical implementation plans as part of a structured project management approach.
- Excellent ability to connect with and coach people at all levels, with strong stakeholder and change management capabilities.
- Skilled in MS Office, MS Teams and familiar with digital platforms such as SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, Teamcenter PLM.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
