The Account Director & Experience Partner Lead serves as the primary relationship owner for Adobe, SPORT BEACH’s Official Experience Partner, leading all aspects of account management. This person is responsible for managing and growing the Adobe client relationship, acting as the everyday point of contact, and embedding themselves into both the Adobe and SPORT BEACH brands to ensure a strong, differentiated partnership. In addition to overseeing experiences across events, content, media, and communications for Adobe, this role will also lead and support special account-based projects at SPORT BEACH.

Responsibilities

Account Leadership & Client Partnership

  • Drive the relationship by serving as the primary point of contact for Adobe, owning day-to-day relationship management and long-term partnership growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of Adobe and SPORT BEACH’s brands, organizational structure, priorities, and stakeholders to effectively work across teams
  • Lead all regular client comms, weekly status updates, and strategic planning sessions with senior-level Adobe client partners
  • Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the partnership across SPORT BEACH
  • Lead internal reporting and analysis across all departments for the Adobe partnership.
  • Represent the voice of the partner internally across all functions

Experience & Partnership Development

  • Conceptualize and execute experiences that bring the Adobe-SPORT BEACH partnership to life across events, content, media, and communications
  • Collaborate extensively with internal teams (programming, strategy/editorial, partnerships, marketing/PR, and production) to ensure seamless execution and alignment
  • Act as a thought partner – this is not a paper pusher job. The Account Direction helps to develop programming ideas, suggest integrations, and ensure great athlete relationships.
  • Ensure all activations reflect brand objectives for both Adobe and SPORT BEACH
  • High-level project management to ensure all timelines and activation budgets are met

Strategic Growth & Innovation

  • Proactively identify new ways to grow the partnership, including innovative formats, storytelling opportunities, and audience engagement strategies
  • Contribute to long-term planning for SPORT BEACH, integrating Adobe into tentpole moments and key initiatives
  • Create, track and monitor success metrics for Adobe. Develop partnership KPIs, measure effectiveness, and present insights and recommendations to the team

Special Account Projects

  • Support special account-based projects, such as SPORT BEACH’s Women’s Sport Leadership Council
  • Help build frameworks and metrics for new programs and partnerships with the Account Management team
  • Work cross-functionally with the programming, event operations, and marketing teams to bring new ideas to life
  • Support Account Management team across all SPORT BEACH Events

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, partnerships, and/or marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead senior client relationships and navigate complex stakeholders
  • Experience executing across events, content, media, and communications
  • Strong track record managing initiatives and special projects
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator with confidence engaging clients and partners
  • Forward-thinking and solutions-oriented

Compensation

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous PTO plan, 401k program, comprehensive family planning benefits (including paid parental leave), tuition reimbursement, and pre-tax commuter benefits. Benefits/perks may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Stagwell and the location where you work.
