The Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Programmatic to own hands‑on trading and optimisation across programmatic campaigns, with accountability for both performance outcomes and commercial revenue. This is a role for a commercially minded trader who enjoys solving problems, testing new approaches, and operating beyond standard media delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Own end‑to‑end activation, optimization, and performance of programmatic campaigns across a selective DSP stack
- Translate client business objectives into clear trading, optimization, and cross‑channel strategies
- Independently set up and manage campaigns, troubleshooting delivery and performance issues across pre‑launch and live activity
- Continuously assess performance across audience, supply, format, creative, and optimization levers to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with platforms, inventory providers, and data partners to design, activate, and optimize targeted programs
- Deliver clear performance insights, optimization updates, and strategic recommendations in collaboration with account teams
- Balance campaign performance with commercial considerations, including revenue targets, cost structures, and delivery efficiency
- Contribute to testing new platforms and features, while sharing learnings and helping shape trading standards and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years’ hands‑on experience trading programmatic media in enterprise DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose performance drivers and constraints.
- Experience across multiple formats including Display, Video, CTV, Audio, Native, and PMPs.
- High proficiency in Excel for pacing, analysis, and optimisation.
- Solid understanding of ad servers (CM360, Innovid) and their integration with DSP workflows.
- Commercial awareness, with experience balancing performance delivery and margin considerations.
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving, test‑and‑learn environments.
- Proficiency with Prisma, including IO setup, billing alignment, reconciliation workflows, and troubleshooting integration issues between systems.
Nice to have
- Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) experience.
- Platform certifications (DV360, CM360, The Trade Desk).
