Position Summary
We are looking for a Sales Operations Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and is motivated by driving real business growth. You’ll be the foundation of our sales team, helping build and shape our sales function from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you will directly contribute to our success while experiencing the impact of your work on the live events industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Identify, research, and prospect new leads through outbound outreach and industry engagement, turning opportunities into meaningful growth.
- Communicate Value: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing how Stage Front simplifies operations and accelerates results for ticket sellers.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing to refine lead hand-off processes and provide actionable feedback on campaign effectiveness.
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close — with grit and agility.
- Customer-Centric Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Track and Report: Document all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM, keeping the team aligned and informed.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, demonstrating your passion for success and dedication to our mission.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in B2B sales fundamentals: prospecting, discovery, and closing.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology solutions and communicate their benefits effectively.
- Comfortable working independently while managing a full sales pipeline.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-moving environment.
Experience
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (technology, SaaS, or services preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience conducting product demos and presentations for decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, FreshSales, or similar).
- Bonus: Experience selling into live events, entertainment, or ticketing industry.
