Position Summary
The Marketplace Relations Associate is responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with all marketplaces through which Stage Front sells tickets. This role manages ticket-related issues, supports sellers, troubleshoots problem orders, and ensures accurate fulfillment across specific Marketplaces. The associate will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external marketplaces, helping escalate complex issues while minimizing marketplace errors.

- Invalid ticket claims are resolved efficiently using clear, evidence-based research.
- Trends leading to marketplace errors are identified and addressed proactively.
- Problem orders are minimized through effective troubleshooting and strong communication with clients.
- Inventory, Fulfillment, and Marketplace teams collaborate seamlessly with your support.
- Weekend issues (replacements, double sales, escalations) are handled independently and reliably.
- Internal errors are consistently reduced through strong attention to detail and process adherence.
Essential Functions\Responsibilities
- Assist Marketplaces and clients with invalid ticket claims by researching and providing evidence to support ticket validity, ensuring resolutions are beneficial to both parties.
- Minimize processing errors and identify trends to help reduce overall Marketplace-related issues.
- Troubleshoot problem orders and identify appropriate replacements to protect ratings and meet replacement requirements.
- Collaborate with Inventory and Fulfillment teams to ensure daily fulfillment accuracy and efficiency for assigned Marketplaces.
- Escalate serious issues to Marketplace Managers when needed.
- Support team members during the week and take full responsibility for handling replacements, double sales, and marketplace issues on weekends.
- Work to minimize and reduce Stage Front internal errors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Doc applications.
- Ability to use standard office equipment (copier, scanner, fax machine, telephone, postage equipment).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with online marketplaces.
- Experience with event ticket lifecycle workflows (inventory, fulfillment, resolution).
- Knowledge of ticket marketplace compliance or rating-impacting processes.
