Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Educational Content (Curriculum) Writer to join our team on a contract basis, working 16-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will create engaging, effective curriculum materials across various subjects, collaborating with educators and subject matter experts to ensure content meets educational standards and aligns with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality curriculum materials and lesson plans across multiple subjects.
- Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with educational standards.
- Conduct content research to support curriculum development.
- Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement for learners.
- Incorporate multimedia elements, including animation and video, to enhance learning experiences.
- Adapt materials for different learning levels and audiences.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote/contract setting.
- Passion for education and creating engaging learning materials.
