- Demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow through from intake to resolution.

- Collaborating effectively across teams and contributing positively to a fast paced, team oriented culture.
- This role follows a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with the possibility of occasional weekend coverage as part of a rotation.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
