Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team as the primary sales team member. This individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, owning the sales cycle from prospecting through close, and working closely with marketing to ensure a strong lead generation process. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute directly to revenue growth without the expectation of managing others.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prospect new leads through outbound outreach and industry engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clearly communicating product value and ROI to potential customers.
- Partner with the marketing team to refine and improve the lead hand-off process.
- Provide consistent feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Follow up diligently with prospects and maintain relationships throughout the onboarding process.
- Track all activities, leads, and opportunities in the company’s CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate and share insights with product and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of sales, including prospecting, discovery, and closing.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology solutions and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a full sales pipeline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
Experience
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (technology, SaaS, or services preferred).
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience conducting product demos and presentations for decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, FreshSales or similar).
- Bonus: Experience selling into the live events, entertainment, or ticketing industry.

Salary : $65,000 - $130,000
