Project Support Specialist
Location: Arizona
Long-Term Project
Note: Only Local to Arizona
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budgeting, tracking, and forecasting.
- Manage purchasing tasks such as creating purchase orders (POs), tracking invoices, and maintaining logs in standard templates.
- Update and maintain project details within project management tools (e.g., Planisware).
- Maintain and track project resources using established templates.
- Work with the project manager to remove project blockers and maintain project momentum.
- Schedule, coordinate, and document Gate Reviews according to project management processes.
- Ensure accurate communication and coordination between cross-functional project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project coordinator or in a similar project support role.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (Planisware, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
