The Human Resources Coordinator will support People Operations in hiring, benefits programs, onboarding, growth planning, HR systems, and more. This role will see high levels of cooperation with other support teams such as accounting, marketing, team managers, and project managers.
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for:
- Support the Human Resources Team in the day to day operations along with other office responsibilities
- Committed to optimizing the current People Operations systems & tools to ensure we can make data-driven solutions around the people's experience
- Support team-facing initiatives such as wellness programs and all-company events
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of people operations
- Contribute to creating a fun, productive, and high-performing work environment
What You Bring:
- 2 years Human Resource experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

Salary : $60,700 - $76,800
