Sign Shop Laborer

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Sign Shop Laborer to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll help fabricate and assemble high-quality signs using a variety of shop equipment and hand tools.

What You'll Do

• Lay out and assemble guide signs.
• Fabricate sign components using shop equipment, including a shear, punch press, roller machine, and other machinery.
• Apply reflective and non-reflective sheeting to fabricated sign materials.
• Assemble and letter guide signs of various sizes.
• Organize and rack completed signs for storage and shipping.
• Follow production specifications and written work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good spelling skills for accurate sign production.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
