Pay: $28.00–$34.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (training may be on a different shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep, maintenance, and general repair of buildings in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with maintenance tools, equipment, and building upkeep in an industrial facility.

This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hands-on individual who can follow detailed instructions, work independently, and safely perform maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general building upkeep and facility maintenance.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks using basic tools and maintenance equipment.
• Follow assigned task lists and complete work according to established procedures.
• Communicate work progress and provide updates on completed tasks.
• Use a tape measure and apply basic math skills to complete maintenance assignments.
• Safely use step ladders up to 8 feet.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work safely in an industrial and construction-type environment.
• Perform duties in areas that may not be temperature-controlled.
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions while completing assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of industrial facilities maintenance experience (apartment complex/residential maintenance does not qualify).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with basic tools, maintenance equipment, tape measures, and basic math.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Ability to safely use step ladders up to 8 feet.
