What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Staffworks?
Machine Operator- A manufacturing operator must have the ability to learn the operation of manufacturing equipment and manufacturing processes
Hours: 6AM.-4PM
Responsibilities:
Working on saws, planers, molders, lathes or similar machines, glue wheel
Must be capable of setting/operating vintage and newer wood working equipment
Be able to read calipers and tape measures
Performing maintenance on various equipment used in the plant
Ensuring that the production is in line with established quality standards
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience
Woodworking background helpful
Strong physical ability
