StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a Senior Software Developer | Agentic AI. As a Senior Developer, you will serve as a vital catalyst within a premier organization. The mission is to decouple systemic friction from analytical progress, allowing the firm’s leadership to maintain a singular focus on the acceleration of AI-Driven Drug Discovery.

You will be tasked with the sophisticated management of Multi-Agent Architectures and RAG Systems, transforming abstract organizational needs into formalized, actionable results. This role requires a high degree of technical literacy to effectively support a team leveraging proprietary architectures and sophisticated algorithms to revolutionize Therapeutic Development and ML Research.

Core Technical Objectives

• Orchestrate Systemic Workflows: Formalize and execute complex protocols for agentic AI systems, integrating LLM-driven architectures with scientific software to ensure continuous operational flow.

• Synthesize Complex Data: Conduct ad hoc technical research into generative AI and intelligent data pipelines, distilling multifaceted information into coherent frameworks that support automated discovery.

• Optimize Operational Frameworks: Validate and process intricate documentation for production-scale deployments, ensuring the systemic accuracy of code generation and feedback-driven training.

• Engineer Multi-Project Solutions: Independently manage the development of advanced software tools from conception to scale, applying a proactive Goal-Execution-Mapping (GEM) approach to bridge the gap between AI research and production.

• Facilitate Elite Communication: Serve as a discreet and articulate interface between domain scientists and the technical committee, translating complex scientific workflows into scalable engineering requirements.
