What You’ll Do
Architect and verify advanced analog, mixed-signal, and precision motion control hardware assemblies from initial requirements through final production.
Drive comprehensive product development cycles, establishing hardware design criteria and executing rigorous testing protocols.
Synthesize circuit simulations, perform hardware troubleshooting, and implement design optimizations to ensure maximum reliability.
Champion cross-functional collaboration with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
Maximize the lifecycle of existing product lines by driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing technical support.
Lead technical decision-making, mentor junior engineering personnel, and guide project planning phases (applicable to Senior-level candidates).
What You Bring
Possess a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (a Master of Science is highly preferred for candidates targeted at the senior tier).
Demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience for the mid-level position, or seven or more years of hands-on design experience for the senior-level role.
Showcase deep expertise in Analog Circuit Design and Mixed-Signal Circuit Design, including precision development of Analog-To-Digital Converters, Digital-To-Analog Converters, active Signal Conditioning, Amplifiers, Filters, Oscillators, and custom Control Circuits.
Exhibit hands-on experience in Power Electronics, featuring DC/DC Converters, Inverters, and motor drive architectures utilizing high-performance semiconductor components like MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, or GaN technologies.
Apply strong knowledge of Motion Control systems, including BLDC Motor Control, integrated Feedback Sensors (such as LVDT, Resolvers, and Encoders), and modern Control Theory.
Utilize specialized engineering platforms for Analog/Mixed-Signal ASIC Design and Simulation Tools, alongside design software such as LTspice, PSpice, OrCAD, and Allegro.
Perform analytical evaluations addressing Thermal Analysis, EMI mitigation, Reliability Analysis, and robust Worst-Case Design Analysis.
Maintain authorization to work as a United States Person or possess the ability to qualify for relevant export control approvals.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Annual Salary: $100,000 – $170,000 (commensurate with experience and technical level).
