Responsibilities
- Design, develop, analyze, and verify analog/mixed-signal and motion control hardware.
- Participate in all phases of product development, from requirements through design, verification, and production support.
- Perform circuit simulations, testing, troubleshooting, and design optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
- Support existing products while contributing to new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Senior-level engineers will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support project planning and technical decision-making.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred for senior-level candidates).
- 3 years of experience for Engineer level; 7 years for Senior Engineer. Ideally, we would like to hire one at each level.
- Strong background in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, including A/D and D/A converters, signal conditioning, amplifiers, filters, oscillators, and control circuits.
- Experience with power electronics, including DC/DC converters, inverters, and motor drive circuits utilizing MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, or GaN technologies.
- Knowledge of motion control systems, including BLDC motor control, feedback sensors (LVDT, resolvers, encoders), and control theory.
- Experience with analog/mixed-signal ASIC design and simulation tools, along with circuit design software such as LTspice, PSpice, OrCAD, Allegro, or similar.
- Familiarity with thermal, EMI, reliability, and worst-case design analysis is preferred.
- U.S. Person status or the ability to qualify for applicable U.S. export authorization.
