We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer with 5 years of hands‑on expertise in SharePoint Online development, workflow automation, and document management solutions. This role will support a high‑visibility environment requiring custom development, integration work, and enhancements to support claims intake and statutory workflows.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance SharePoint Online solutions focused on:
- Document Management
- Metadata Architecture
- Enterprise Search
- Version Control
- D365 Integration
- Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Configure and manage retention policies, content types, and lifecycle management for insurance‑related documents.
- Build solutions supporting:
- Claims intake
- Statutory determinations
- GA coordination
- Court reporting
- Estate administration
- Implement integrations across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
- Support business stakeholders with enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous development.

Required Skills
- 5 years of SharePoint Online development
- Strong experience with:
