Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Pages Developer to design and implement secure, accessible, and mobile-responsive portals for a large-scale claims processing modernization initiative. The role involves building external-facing portals that support complex workflows, including claims intake, statutory determinations, and compliance-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Portal Development
- Build and configure Microsoft Power Pages portals for public users and internal stakeholders.
- Implement anonymous and authenticated portals with secure role-based access.
- Customize portal UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid templates, and responsive design frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and mobile responsiveness.
- Integration & Identity
- Configure Azure AD B2C for identity management and secure authentication.
- Integrate portals with Dataverse, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
- Implement secure file upload functionality for documentation and supporting evidence.
- Workflow & Compliance
- Support processes for claims intake, objections, determinations, and distribution tracking.
- Enable self-service capabilities for users (status checks, payment details, tax forms).
- Implement audit trails, logging, and compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
- Performance & Security
- Optimize portal performance and ensure high availability.
- Apply data security standards aligned with industry best practices (NIST framework).
- Support encryption, MFA, and secure data transmission.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-deployment support.

- PL-400 Certification (Power Platform Developer Associate)
- Experience building public portals for regulated industries
- Mobile-responsive design expertise
- Familiarity with ALM and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
