We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Utilize effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, field work and networking.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the sales industry and our company's services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and account management.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and other agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop marketing strategies and tactics that drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to stay competitive.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data.
- Create own sales routes to target weekly
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving sales excellence.
- Be out in the field 80% of the time to target clients and close accounts.
*Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum of 2years of experience working in Sales for the Staffing Industry
