What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep (Routing Exp.) position at StaffMaster Group Inc.?
In need of Customer Service Representatives who can deliver company standard quality to our clients.
Must be able to multitask, and work in a high volume environment.
Will be speaking directly with clients via email, and phone calls. Will be taking in orders from clients and tracking their orders to ensure timely delivery of their shipments.
Must have experience with Routing products to clients.
Must be familiar with handling BOL's and PODs
Must be able to use Microsoft word, excel, outlook, and more
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm
Salary : $20
